A: Photo Tee (Sublimation) is a Superior
print quality , that when applied to the t-shirt cannot be felt, as the process turns the inks into gas penetrating deep into the fabric,enabling you to iron directly over the
print, this gives pictures and text a near perfect finish. The bad news is this technology is good on white garments only.
Q:My logo looks like a colour photo, Can I print this?
A:Yes, images are no problem, the higher the resoloution the better the quality.
Q:Do I have to pay for setups?
A:No there is no setup charge for Photo Tee.
Q:Can you match any colout?
A:Yes, we use the Pantone numbering system to match any colour.
Q: What is Budget Tee Printing?
A: This is a paper
printed in a laser photo copier, then transferred onto a light coloured
t-shirt, i.e. white or light grey are best for photos, BUT if you just want text or silhouette in black for example, that would work fine on any bright light colour
t-shirt, i.e. white pink / lime / yellow Etc.
Q:Does Budget Tee Printing last?
A:These are good for 6 to 12 washes, The
print can be felt on the t-shirt & is not good on tight fitting shirts as the
print shows cracks when stretched, but do go back when not stretched, they are best washed at 40c & ironed inside out.
Q:Is Budget Tee similar to transfers?
A:No, Budget Tee
printing is applied directly to the garment, although the
design can still be felt.
Q:Can I print on dark garments?
A:No, a different method is needed for this.
Q: What is Digital Printing?
A: Digital Printing is the best way to apply a multi color print on to a white or light garment as the number of colors does not affect the price. The Digital
printer applies ink directly to the garment similar to a bubble jet
printer. The process is then completed by curing the
print at 340 degrees.
Q:Does Digital Printing last?
A:Yes, Digital printing uses specially formulated inks similar to screen
printing inks that are cured at 340 degrees.
Q:Can I print on dark garments?
A:Yes.
Q: What is Embroidery
A: Embroidery is the process of stitching directly on to a garment that is stretched tight to keep from moving,It looks good, is very durable and outlast's the life of the garment, Individuals names and monograms can be embroidered onto t-shirts, polo shirts, fleece, hoodies and much more.
First a pattern or program needs to made telling the machine where to stitch. This is one time process called Digitizing. The price of embroidery is determined by the number of stitches. Therefore, smaller the image, lower the stitches count, less cost involved. Custom logos can be created for your embroidery & if your order is for 12 items & over there will be no cost for artwork ( conditions apply) If you wish to see a small selection of logos ,for your line of work , be it a plumber or a hedgehog doctor we will try and find you something that will suit your need.
Q:Do I need a high res image for Embroidery?
A:No, a low res image is adequate for making an embroidery program
Q:What is an embroidery program?
A:An embroidery program is designed specifically for your logo telling the embroidery machine where and what colour to stitch. This is a one time cost, email us for a quote

Q:Can I use images from the Internet?
A:No, images from the Internet are typically low res at 72 dpi and therefore inadequate for
printing. A resolution of at least 300dpi or higher is recommended.
Q: What does DPI stand for?
A:Dots Per Inch, A measure of the resolution of a
printer, scanner or monitor. It refers to the number of dots in a one inch line. The more dots per inch, the higher the resolution.
Q: Can I change the DPI of my image?
A:No, once your artwork has been created the resolution can not be changed.
